In 1973 y. - graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute
(now St.Petesrburg State PolytechnicalUniversity),
Radiophysics Faculty, speciality radiophysics.
From 1973 y. - researcher at the group (laboratory )
of antenna investigations and adjustments at the
radioastronomical department of the Special Astrophysical Observatory RAS ( SAO RAS ).
In 1986 y. - defended Ph.D. thesis:
"Electrodynamical characteristics of radio telescope RATAN-600".
From 1989 y. - scientific secretary
of the Dissertation council in SAO RAS.
