Restored velocity field of NGC 157 in the reference frame rotating with the pattern speed overlaid on the H_alpha image of the galaxy. This restoration are based on the observations at 6-m telescope of Special Astrophysical Observatory RAS. The line-of-sight velocity fields of gaseous clouds in galactic disks of NGC 157 were analyzed by the method of reconstruction of 3D vector velocity field --- three components of velocities. The analysis leads to the discovery of giant anticyclons in NGC 157. Locations of anticyclone centers and its sizes fit the analytical theory, the laboratory simulations on the rotating shallow water and numerical simulations.
