The used with LSS CCD camera (1994,*) was designed in the Laboratory of Spectroscopy and Photometry of Extragalactic Objects of SAO RAS on the base of CCD chip ISD015A ("Electron", St-Petersburg). The cryostat of CCD camera was produced in VNIIT.
